Safety and convenience are key features of this feeder. Operating on batteries, this feeder can be installed with ease in any location. Please ensure fresh batteries are installed and that the unit is thoroughly tested before you leave for a trip. You must install the correct pellet guiding grids as koi pellets differ in size.

The Automatic Koi feeder is adjustable, allowing you to control the amount of food dispensed from 50 to 1400 grams per day. Its large food container can hold up to 10 liters or 4 kg of Koi food, reducing the frequency of refills.

Installation is straightforward: place the automatic Koi feeder on the edge of your pond or quarantine tank. The feeder's unique brush dispenser will then project the food into the pond. To ensure the unit functions optimally, always keep it covered and away from direct sunlight or rain, particularly in harsh climates like that of South Africa.

The package also includes a comprehensive user manual to guide you through setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

Please note: This Koi Feeder is specifically engineered for pellet food only; it is not compatible with stick or flake varieties. Before extended absences, it's essential to conduct comprehensive testing of the device to confirm its reliability. For optimal performance, make sure to use the appropriate pellet guides and avoid using a blend of pellet foods with varying sizes. Given the specialized nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns.

No more waiting at home or at work for your delivery. Simply choose a collection locker or pickup point and collect your order when it suits you.

Delivery times to lockers and pickup locations typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.*

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
• Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
