In Store Pickup (collection)
Where a product is marked as in stock and available for in-store collection, you can easily shop online and pick up your order from our retail location in the Broadacres Shopping Centre, Fourways, Johannesburg, during our business hours.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy complimentary shipping within Pretoria and Johannesburg plus Central Gauteng regions on orders exceeding R1500. For orders below R1500, a standard rate of R99 applies.
Deliveries beyond Pretoria/Johannesburg are subject to charges determined by the parcel's weight, dimensions, and destination, which will be automatically computed during checkout.
Orders amounting to R1500 or more qualify for free shipping in nationwide main-central areas, while purchases under R1500 will be calculated automatically during checkout.
For Bob Box, Regional, Outlying, and Remote Areas, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on volumetric weight and delivery location.
*Important: Jungle Aquatics reserves the right to cancel and refund orders involving large, heavy, or sensitive items that fall outside our standard delivery network and conditions.
Delivery Schedule
Orders will be processed for shipment once payment is successfully reflected.
Typical delivery periods are 2 to 3 business days within Gauteng; Pretoria and Johannesburg, and 2 to 5 business days for Nationwide Central. These estimates may vary according to the area and are not guaranteed.
Local Pretoria and Johannesburg Sameday Shipping via The Courier Guy
In Pretoria and Johannesburg, same-day shipping is available for orders placed by 10 AM, Monday through Friday. The Courier Guy will make an attempt to deliver the package in the afternoon on the same day. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service. It's important to have your phone with you, as failure to reach you will result in a failed delivery attempt, and fees will not be refunded. Same-day shipping is only offered on weekdays, with no deliveries made on weekends.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight Shipping is calculated at checkout for central areas nationwide, with delivery available from Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed from Monday to Thursday before 2 PM to arrive within two working days after the collection day. In some areas, delivery may occur the next working day. While the courier strives to provide an Overnight (OVN) service, this is not guaranteed and depends on the courier. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier's inability to deliver on time.
Please note that courier services operate only from Monday to Friday. Weekend and Public Holiday deliveries are not available.

Local and Nationwide Standard and FREE Deliveries: All orders will be shipped via Internet Express Economy Road, which takes about 2 to 5 working days.* In rare events we might call on alternative courier partners to deliver your parcel.
Premium Shipping options is serviced by The Courier Guy Economy, Local Sameday and Local Overnight Service Nationwide. If you would like to use The Courier Guy, please choose it as your preferred courier at checkout.
PARGO Pickup Click & Collect & Bob Lockers and Counters
Experience a revolutionary way of receiving parcels with Pargo & Bob Box Lockers, a pickup service available at numerous points within popular shopping centres and stores nationwide. This service enables you to place an order online and collect it at a pickup point that's most convenient for you. Please note that this service applies to volumetric orders under 18kg.
Consider using Bob Box Lockers if:
- Couriers often struggle to locate your address.
- You're typically unavailable during the day and miss courier deliveries.
- You're temporarily out of town but would like your order ready for pickup upon your return.
- You live remotely and would prefer to collect your order during town visits.
Note: Pargo & Bob Box Locker and Counter options ship FREE over R999! Delivery times vary between 3 to 7* working days, depending on your location. While this option is convenient, it's important to note that their service can be slower. If you require your order quickly, consider choosing door-to-door shipping alternatives instead.
Please note that once the parcel is deposited in the locker, you have 2 days to pick it up. If you fail to do so, it will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping fees will apply to resend your order.
International and Cross-Border Orders
Please be aware that our services do not include the direct handling of international and cross-border order shipments, nor the provision of export documentation. Despite this, we warmly invite you to place your order with us. We recommend arranging for the shipping through a local courier service you trust. Additionally, it's important to ensure that your chosen forwarder possesses the required export documentation to efficiently manage the process on your behalf.
