The store offers a great range of products and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, my experience with their return process has been frustrating. The return policies don’t always seem to align with the Consumer Protection Act, and refunds, especially in cases where the incorrect product was recommended are often met with resistance.
This makes shopping there feel risky, as if you end up with the wrong size, colour, or item, resolving it can be difficult often being referred to deal with suppliers direct, In many cases the best outcome offered is store credit, typically only if you have an account.
For me, this hobby should be enjoyable, not stressful, especially when spending money on it. Unfortunately, these experiences have taken away from that. By comparison, other pet stores in the area have provided a smoother and more customer-friendly experience.

Excellent delivery time. Products came as ordered. However, some Seachem products came without expiration date which concerns me. Additionally the decor is orderd for the fish tank came with have the plastic plants on the rock fallen off.
