Aquaforest AF Zeolith Freshwater is used for adsorbing ammonia, ammonium, phenols, and heavy metals in freshwater aquariums, while improving water clarity.
AF Zeolith is a high-quality blend of specially selected zeolites used for adsorbing ammonia and excess heavy metals. It effectively adsorbs ammonia and ammonium, ninds phenols and heavy metals, and significantly improves the water clarity in freshwater aquariums.

Use:
Place the needed amount in a filter basket and replace the media every 6 weeks. Efficiency: 500 ml/100 litres.
Due to the high adsorption capabilities, careful use of AF Zeolith is recommended with regular observation of the aquarium. Too much zeolite may cause water sterilization, which may lead to an increased demand for fertilizers.
