What is Starfire glass?
Starfire is an Ultra Clear Low Iron glass, which is what this aquarium is made from. It is used when a clearer view of the tank contents is wanted.

Does the aquarium come with a filter, light or lid?
No. It is sold as the aquarium only, so filtration, lighting and other equipment are not part of the product.

Which size has the smallest footprint?
The 9L at 20 x 20 x 25cm is the most compact in the range. The 82L at 60 x 35 x 40cm is the largest.

What is the difference between the 27L and the 28L?
The 27L measures 40 x 25 x 30cm and the 28L measures 30 x 30 x 35cm. Their capacities are close, but the 27L is longer and the 28L is squarer and taller. Check which shape fits your stand or shelf.

How do I choose a size for my space?

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
