Aquaforest AF Poly Glue 250ml is a reusable, polymer-based coral glue for fragging corals and aquascaping in your aquarium. It comes as small granules that you activate with hot water, so it suits reefkeepers who want a forgiving, re-workable adhesive instead of a fast-setting glue that forces you to rush.

How to Use

• Put hot water (140ºF+) in a cup or small bowl.
• Add a portion of AF Poly Glue to the water and let it sit for a couple of minutes. The granules turn from opaque white to a translucent mixture as they heat up.
• Pull an appropriate amount of warm glue out of the hot water and work it around your frag or rock as you like, much like a 2 part epoxy putty.
• Place the frag or rock in the aquarium. The water starts to cool the glue, which then solidifies gradually so you can still position the piece and mould the adhesive around its edges.
• Return any excess glue to the container so you can reuse it at any time.

AF Poly Glue does not absorb water. It uses the heat of the water to "melt" the polymer into a cohesive adhesive mass.

Tip: Adjusting the Consistency

• You can change the viscosity slightly with the water temperature.
• The colder the water, the stiffer the glue will be.
• The warmer the water, the looser the glue will be.

Important: Do not microwave the glue or apply it to a direct heat source.

How do I activate AF Poly Glue?

How can I make the glue stiffer or looser?

Does it absorb water?
