It suits reef keepers who want a straightforward, Balling-style routine for keeping essential elements available to their corals. It can be dosed by hand or through a dosing pump system.

How to Use

Dose each component separately, either by hand or with one dosing pump channel per component. Dosing will vary with your aquarium's demand for trace elements. Test calcium, alkalinity and magnesium regularly to check stability, and adjust the dose to suit.

Dosing the components too quickly together may cause precipitation. Leave 1 hour between the addition of each component so the elements stay in solution.

Tip for pump users: drill a hole in the removable top of each jug, then fit 1/4" tank adapter bulkheads and 1/4" clear acrylic tubing. This lets you connect standard dosing pump tubing directly to the jugs.

• For an average reef tank, the starting dose is around 50 mL for every 100 litres (27 gal) of aquarium water, per component, every day.
• Adjust from there according to your calcium, alkalinity and magnesium test results.
• Leave 1 hour between each component's addition.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
