Aquaforest Life Bio Media Bag 1000ml is used to support nitrification and enhance biological filtration in both new and established freshwater aquariums.
AF Life Bio Media is a natural, pre-seeded biological filtration medium designed for freshwater aquariums. Because it already contains specially selected bacterial strains, the use of Life Bio Media supports nitrification, accelerating the cycling process in new aquariums. In addition to jump-starting the biological filtration in freshly setup tanks, this medium will also boost filtration efficiency in already established aquariums.

Use:
Place the contents of the package in your filter basket. 250 ml of AF Life Bio Media is sufficient for 100 litres of water.
Maintenance:
It is recommended to replace ½ of the medium every six months. Do not dry, rinse in running water, or rinse in warm water. Rinse only in aquarium water, outside of the main tank.
