Description
Aquaforest Micro E
Aquaforest Micro E is a balanced liquid marine conditioner that replenishes the microelements corals and other filter feeders need for growth and development. It suits reef keepers who want to top up trace elements in a marine aquarium, especially tanks running the probiotic method or zeolite media. This 50 ml bottle is dosed by the drop.
Key Benefits
- Balanced liquid formula that replenishes the microelements used by corals and other filter feeders
- Replaces heavy metals that growing corals and the probiotic system consume and absorb, and that are needed for coral development
- Helps add back the elements that zeolite media absorb, to minimise starvation of the corals
- Drop-based dosing, so a small bottle treats a large volume of water
How to Use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Add the required number of drops to the aquarium water, based on your system volume.
- If you run the probiotic method, or any other method that uses zeolite media, it is necessary to add back the elements the zeolites absorb.
Dosage
- Add 1 drop of Micro E per 100 L (27 gal) of aquarium water.
Suitable For

Frequently Asked Questions
Which corals can I use Micro E with?
It is suitable for SPS, LPS and soft corals, as well as clams and other filter feeders.
How much Micro E do I add to my tank?
The stated dose is 1 drop per 100 L (27 gal). Shake the bottle well before each use.
Which elements does it contain?
Manganese, vanadium, zinc, nickel, iron, chromium, cobalt and copper.
Why would I need Micro E if I use zeolite media?
Zeolites absorb elements from the water. When you use the probiotic method or other zeolite-based methods, those elements need to be added back to minimise starvation of the corals.
Why do corals need these microelements?
Coral growth and the probiotic system consume and absorb heavy metals that are necessary for coral development. Micro E replenishes them.
Do I need to shake the bottle first?
Yes. Shake it well before use so the contents are evenly mixed before you dose.
