Feeding Directions:

1. Granule Size Selection: Choose the appropriate granule size for your Koi. Small granule feed is ideal for Koi measuring 10-25 cm, while large granule feed is better suited for Koi larger than 25 cm. This ensures optimal feeding and digestion.
2. Feeding Duration: Aim for a feeding session of about 5 minutes. It's important to remove any feed that remains uneaten after this period to maintain the quality of water and prevent overfeeding.
3. Feeding Frequency at Higher Temperatures: Increase the feeding frequency when water temperatures are above 77ºF (25ºC), as higher temperatures can increase the metabolic rate of Koi.
4. Adjustment Before and After Water Changes: Reduce the amount of food given the day before and after changing the water in your pond. This helps in maintaining water quality and reducing stress on the fish.
5. Storage and Freshness: After opening the package, use the food as soon as possible to prevent degradation. Proper storage is essential to maintain the food's quality and effectiveness.
6. Quality Assurance: If you discover mold or degradation before the expiry date, please discontinue use immediately and contact customer support for assistance.

Delivery times to lockers and pickup locations typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.*

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
• Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
