Frequently Asked Questions

Is DARO Liver Biltong grain-free?
Yes. It contains no grains, fillers or additives. It is made from 100% natural meat using a single ingredient protein.

What does "air dried raw" mean for this treat?
The liver biltong is air dried in its raw state rather than cooked or heavily processed. The result is a dried, natural meat treat.

Are the bite size pieces good for training?
The pieces are bite size, which makes them easy to carry and hand out during training or as quick rewards around the home or on walks.

How many treats can I give my dog a day?
The product information does not include a feeding guide. Treat these as extras alongside a complete diet and adjust main meals if you give treats often. Ask your vet if you are unsure about portions for your dog.

Is a single-protein treat a good option for dogs with sensitivities?
The treat contains one protein ingredient and no grains, fillers or additives, which some owners prefer when keeping ingredients simple. If your dog has a known allergy or health condition, check with your vet first.
