Dophin Canister Filters are external canister aquarium filters for setting up a complete water filtration system on a freshwater or marine tank. They come with filter matting, so they suit aquarists who want to choose and add their own additional media.

How to Use

• Screw the two valve taps onto the threaded connectors of the pump marked IN / OUT.
• Cut the hose to the length you need. Make sure the hoses do not bend, then fix them tightly to the valve taps.
• Secure the hose connectors on both taps by screwing the union nuts on tightly.
• Connect the other end of the hose from the "IN" valve tap to the inlet pipe.
• Connect the "OUT" hose from the OUT valve tap to the rain bar.
• To start, press the pump knob at least 4-5 times to vacuum the air out of the filter body and fill it with water.
• Stop pressing the pump knob once the outlet pipe is filled with water.
• Plug in to the electric supply to start the filtering system.

How do I prime the filter before switching it on?
Press the pump knob at least 4-5 times to vacuum the air from the filter body and fill it with water. Stop once the outlet pipe is filled with water, then plug in to the electric supply.

Which hose goes where?
The hose from the "IN" valve tap connects to the inlet pipe. The "OUT" hose from the OUT valve tap connects to the rain bar.

How do I connect the valve taps and hoses?
Screw the two valve taps onto the threaded connectors of the pump marked IN / OUT. Cut the hose to length, making sure it does not bend, and fix it tightly to the taps. Then screw the union nuts on tightly to secure the hose connectors on both taps.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
