What is the difference between the TF300, TF500 and TF800?
Size and output. The TF300 is 16 cm (6.3") long and 21.5 cm (8.5") high with an output of 300 l/h. The TF500 is 18 cm (7.1") long and 24 cm (9.4") high with an output of 500 l/h. The TF800 is 18 cm (7.1") long and 28 cm (11") high with an output of 800 l/h.

Which model has the highest output?
The TF800, at 800 l/h. It is also the tallest of the three at 28 cm (11").

Can I control the aeration?
Yes. The filters have aeration control and an air filter, along with an additional spray bar.

How do I choose the right size?
Compare the output (300, 500 or 800 l/h) and the dimensions of each model with your aquarium and the space you have for an internal filter.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
