FEEDING
Feed one to two times daily the amount your turtle can completely consume in 2-3 minutes. If you want to use it as a treat throughout the day, offer a few sticks intermittently to avoid any negative impact on the water quality. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove uneaten food after the feeding period to avoid health-impacting water quality issues.

*Do not feed on consecutive days as the digestive system of Ceratophrys requires interval feeding for proper assimilation.
*Soaking the pellets for more than a few seconds will not allow them to remain intact for efficient feeding. Even if the pellet is not fully softened, digestion is not negatively impacted.
