How to Use

• Check your water temperature regularly and adjust both the amount and the frequency of feeding to suit it.
• Also factor in water condition, the number and size of your fish, and how active they are.
• Avoid over-feeding, and always remove any uneaten food once the feeding period is over.
• For best results, try to feed during the warmer part of the day.

Dosage

• 18-30°C (64-86°F): feed 2 to 4 times per day, giving only the amount your fish will completely consume within 5 minutes.
• 11-18°C (52-64°F): feed no more than twice daily, giving only the amount your fish will completely consume within 5 minutes.
• Below 11°C (52°F): the manufacturer suggests switching to Hikari Wheat-Germ Formula, which is designed for lower-temperature digestibility.

How often should I feed this food in summer?
When the water is between 18-30°C (64-86°F), feed 2 to 4 times per day. Give only what your fish will completely consume within 5 minutes each time.

What should I do when the water cools down?
Between 11-18°C (52-64°F), feed no more than twice daily, again only the amount eaten within 5 minutes. Below 11°C (52°F), the manufacturer suggests Hikari Wheat-Germ Formula instead, as it is designed for lower-temperature digestibility.

Will it cloud my pond water?
This is a floating diet that will not cloud your water. You should still avoid over-feeding and remove any uneaten food after feeding.

Why does the colour differ between bags?
The formula contains higher levels of natural ingredients, so a slight colour change from one production lot to another can occur. Each package is made to meet the manufacturer's nutritional specifications.

Which pellet size is available?
The range comes in Small (3.5-4.0mm), Medium (5.0-5.5mm) and Large (8.0 - 9.0mm) pellets. The same temperature-based feeding guidance applies to all of them.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
