How to Use

• Wash the gravel thoroughly before use, using only lukewarm water. Do not add anything else to the wash water.
• Cover the bottom of the aquarium with a layer 3 to 10 cm (1.2" to 3.9") thick.
• Allow the gravel to move to the back of the tank. This means dirt will always collect at the front of the aquarium, where it is easy to remove.
• For living plants, first apply a layer of feed substrate or feed granules on the tank floor, then place the gravel on top.
• Watch how the colour of the gravel changes as it becomes wet.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
