Montego Classic Puppy Large Breed Dog Food 20kg

Montego Classic Puppy Large Breed Dog Food is a complete, balanced and highly digestible puppy food for medium to very large breed puppies, supplied in a 20 kg (44 lb) bag. It is formulated around the needs of fast-growing young dogs, with specific nutrients for bones, joints, skin, coat and immune health. It suits owners who want a large breed puppy food that supports steady growth and healthy weight.

Why Large Breed Puppies Need Their Own Food

Large breed puppies grow continuously and their organs are still very delicate. They need a wholesome, balanced diet that is easy to digest. Feeding a large breed puppy incorrectly can affect their health, including obesity and malnutrition. This recipe is scientifically formulated with quality ingredients, so your young family member gets what he needs to stay fit and healthy as he grows into the dog he will become. It is also delicious, which helps at mealtimes.

Key Benefits

• Protein for strong bones: protein builds muscle and promotes healthy growth, supporting ideal body condition and all-round performance.
• Calcium and phosphorus for skeletal development: these minerals help develop and maintain the growing skeletal systems of large breed puppies.
• Omega 6 and 3 for skin and coat: a balance of these fatty acids nourishes the skin and promotes healthy skin and a soft, shiny coat.
• Natural glucosamine and added chondroitin for cartilage and joints: the glucosamine is sourced from chicken. Together with the chondroitin, it supports the production and maintenance of healthy cartilage as well as joint lubrication.
• Reduced fat for growth and weight control: the energy content is lower than in regular puppy food, which helps control the growth rate and weight of larger breed puppies.
• Essential vitamins and minerals for immune support: antioxidants and vitamins that puppies need to support their developing immune systems and keep them healthy and strong.
• Complete, balanced and highly digestible: suited to the delicate digestion of a growing puppy.
