Neptune DOS Head Cap Replacement is used to replace the fluid metering head assembly in the Neptune DOS Fluid Metering System to ensure proper function and reduce wear on the motor.

Direct OE replacement fluid metering head assembly for the Neptune DOS Fluid Metering System. The easy to install head replaces the tubing, roller, and plastic housing head cap.

The Neptune DOS Replacement Head assembly comes with everything to replace the current fluid metering head on your DOS system. Over time the self-lubricating tubing will start to age, and can also cause excess resistance and unnecessary wear on the motor.

How to Replace

Step 1: Hold down the sides of the Dos Head and the clips will release. Remove the pump head and set it aside.

Step 2: Pick up your new pump head and slip it right down into the old heads position and the clips should click into place. Test the Pumps rotation with the manual priming buttons.
