How to Use

• Rip open the external plastic packaging.
• Gently massage the pack with your hands.
• The pack heats up once exposed to air and reaches a maximum of 65°C.
• The heat is distributed through the container, so fish bags won't heat up to 65°C. They maintain an average of 25–28°C once the heat is distributed.

• Do not let the product come into contact with water. Water can speed up the heat and raise the temperature of the chemical to 100°C.

• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
