How to Use

Ocean Nutrition Reef Pulse Coral Food can be used for either target feeding or tank feeding. Blend and stir the food thoroughly with aquarium water before use. Select the feeding method according to the corals being fed and the coral density in the aquarium.

• Target feeding: Switch off filtration, skimmer and circulation during feeding to avoid immediate removal of the food. Use a pipet or syringe, or similar tool, to disperse a concentrated cloud of food solution over the targeted corals. Once the food has been consumed, restart filtration, skimmer and circulation.
• Tank feeding: Switch off filtration and skimmer to avoid immediate removal. Add the prepared food solution to the aquarium, allowing circulation pumps to disperse the food. Restart filtration and skimmer approximately 10 to 15 minutes later, depending on how quickly the food is consumed.

Dosage

• Target feeding: Fill a recipient with 100ml of tank water and add, depending on coral density, ¼ to 1 teaspoon of Reef Pulse. Do not feed more than 1 teaspoon per 400 liters per day.
• Tank feeding: Fill a recipient with 500ml of tank water and add, depending on coral density, ¼ to 1 teaspoon of Reef Pulse per 400 liters of tank water. Do not feed more than 1 teaspoon per 400 liters per day.
