Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose the colour of my Hollow Ball Bird Toy?
No. The toy is available in a variety of colours, but the colour is chosen at random at the time of shipment.

What is this toy designed for?
It is designed to give your birds something fun to play with and to provide entertainment.

Is it a good toy to add to a bird's existing toys?
Yes. It is a simple hollow ball, so it can sit alongside your bird's other toys. Swapping toys in and out from time to time is a popular way to keep a bird interested.

How should I introduce a new toy to my bird?
Place it in the cage or play area and watch how your bird reacts at first. Check any toy regularly for signs of wear and remove it if it becomes damaged.

Will the colour match the one shown in the photo?
Not necessarily. Because the colour is random, the toy you receive may be a different shade from the one pictured.
