Pets Elite entire range of treats and nibbles are produced locally using only the best quality ingredients and contain NO artificial flavourants or colorants. 

The fundamental belief is that for your dog's health raw treats and raw food are the most biologically appropriate. This is why the majority of our treats remain raw and are simply just dried. 

Moisture increases the risk of mold our secret is to dehydrate our products as much as possible, so we can avoid using artificial preservatives. We also do not use any bug-repelling chemicals. This means that our products remain natural yet have a long shelf-life if stored under the right conditions (away from external moisture and bugs).

When can I expect delivery?

• Gauteng (Jhb/Pta) - 1-3 working days
• Nationwide (Cpt/Dbn+) - 2-5 working days
• Outlying Areas - 3-7 working days

All orders are sent via Economy Road, typically through Fastway or Internet Express Couriers*. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed. Once the order is collected by the courier, we have no control over third-party logistics and cannot make any time promises.

Depending on your location, delivery times to a Bob Box Locker can take between 3 to 7 working days!* Please note that once the Bob Box parcel is deposited in the locker, you have 2 days to pick it up. For Pargo pickups, you have 5 days to collect your item from the pickup location. If you fail to do so, it will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping fees will apply to resend your order.
