Red Sea ReefLED 90 Marine Light is a reef-spec aquarium light that provides the light output corals need for growth and coloration in marine aquariums. It suits reef keepers who want a smart, app-controlled LED with a pleasant shimmer effect and easy programming over WiFi.

Red Sea spent years testing and researching LED lighting, and the ReefLED 90 is the result. It is designed for optimal coral growth while producing great coloration. Built-in WiFi lets you connect the light directly to your smart device through the ReefBeat smart aquarium app. From there you can set the daily schedule, colour, intensity and other features.

Download the ReefBeat app (Android or iOS) and connect directly to the light over its built-in WiFi. In the app you can program a daily schedule, browse the included library of tested schedules, or create your own custom schedule in a few minutes. Once connected, further features unlock:

  • Cloud cover and shading effects
  • Staggered sunrise and sunset times that are easy to program
  • Acclimation mode
  • Weekly schedules

Important: the light needs a connection to the ReefBeat app for its initial programming. Without programming, it turns on at 100% as soon as it is plugged into a power outlet.

Mounting Options

  • ReefLED 90 Arms: these mount on the rear wall of the tank. They let you rotate the light to an upward position for easy aquascaping or maintenance. Three models are available to fit tank widths from 18" (46 cm) up to 27.5" (70 cm).
  • ReefLED Pendants: ideal for longer tanks that need multiple ReefLED lights, in black or white. Each light module sits within the frame, allowing precise positioning up to 72" (183 cm).
