Before choosing a model, check how the pump's flow and lift figures work in practice. They are quoted separately and are not achieved at the same time.

• Flow and height are linked: the maximum flow rate and the maximum head height do not mean the pump delivers maximum flow at maximum height. At maximum height, these pumps produce a 0 L/H flow. Choose a pump with some margin over the lift your set-up needs.
• Pipe thickness matters: pipe thickness affects head height, and thicker pipes need a stronger pump for effective lift. Consider the pipe size in your set-up and choose a pump that meets those requirements.
• Safety: always follow safety guidelines and double-check the specifications to make sure the pump is the right fit before you install it.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
