Tetra Pond WaterBalance stabilises the important water values pH and KH and reduces phosphate in ornamental ponds. Through stable water values you are able to achieve a long lasting, natural and biological balance in your ornamental pond. Furthermore, Tetra Pond WaterBalance adds important essential trace elements, vitamins and organic substances to the water to support the well-being of fish, plants and microorganisms. The activity of beneficial microorganisms and healthy plants helps to promote the water's capacity of self-cleaning. As a result, the water quality is significantly improved. To achieve the best possible result shake well before use and follow the detailed instructions. Thanks to the included dosing cap, Tetra Pond WaterBalance can be dosed very easily. Use the dosage cap and add 25 ml per 1,000 L of pond water and repeat that dosage monthly. For an optimal effect, spread the liquid evenly in the water, e.g. with a stick.

Delivery times to lockers and pickup locations typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.*

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
• Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
