With conditioning, shea butter agent, moisturizers, and mildness additives to clean your kitten and puppy to the max, without stripping their beautiful coats of their natural oils.

Shea butter contains a natural SPF to assist in protecting against the sun’s UV rays. It also helps condition existing knots, prevents knots formation when washing, and eases combing post-wash. Tearless Puppy and Kitten Shampoo also have a gentle baby powder scent that we all love so much.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Wet coat well with lukewarm water
2. Use the Vets Own Rich Conditioning Shampoo liberally to create a good lather
3. Wash thoroughly and rinse with lukewarm water. Dry your pet thoroughly after washing
4. Avoid contact with the eyes and if accidental contact should occur, rinse the eyes with clean water
5. Dry the pet with a towel.
6. After drying, comb your pet thoroughly.

8. Repeat shampooing weekly or as necessary.

Delivery times to lockers and pickup locations typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.*

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
• Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
