• Tap-water fills and top-ups: dose for dechlorination one hour before adding fish.

Dosage

• General enhancing application: add 10 to 20 grams per 1000 litres of pond water once a week.
• New pond or filter set-up: add 20 g per 1000 litres of pond water twice a week for the first month. After that, continue with the general enhancing application.
• Dechlorinating: add 20 g per 1000 litres of pond water one hour before adding fish.

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
