The Chihiros WiFi Hub Pro is a smart aquarium WiFi hub that acts as the central control unit for the Chihiros smart ecosystem. It lets you manage up to 20 connected devices in your tank from the My Chihiros App. It suits aquarists who want remote control of their lights, filters and accessories without replacing the equipment they already own.

The hub automatically detects and integrates compatible Chihiros equipment in your aquarium. Once connected, you get WiFi functionality and centralised remote control from your phone. It is designed to work with all generations of Chihiros devices, including older models, so you can turn an existing setup into a smart, remote-controlled one.

How to Use

The hub is powered through the included Type-C to Type-A cable. It can be installed inside or outside the cabinet:

• Outside the cabinet: uses a concealed wiring setup and requires a 12 mm (0.47") hole for routing the cable.
• Inside the cabinet: power is supplied from beneath the display.

Two optional stands are available separately: the WiFi Hub Pro Dedicated Stand and the WiFi Hub Pro Desktop Stand.

How many devices can one hub control?

Will it work with my older Chihiros equipment?
It is designed for compatibility with all generations of Chihiros devices, including older models, and works with most Chihiros Bluetooth devices. Some older devices may not support full Home Screen Control functionality.

Does it work on a 5 GHz WiFi network?
Yes. The hub works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks.

Can I use one hub for more than one aquarium?
No. Each WiFi Hub Pro supports one tank. Devices across multiple aquariums or locations can still be linked for smart control through the Chihiros Cloud.

Can I hide the hub inside my aquarium cabinet?
Yes. It can be installed inside the cabinet, with power supplied from beneath the display, or outside the cabinet with concealed wiring. The outside option needs a 12 mm (0.47") hole for cable routing.

Can I use Customize mode?
No. The hub supports Manual and Auto modes, but not Customize mode.

When can I expect delivery?

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
