How It Works

Frontline Plus combines two active ingredients in what is called Integrated Flea Control (IFC). Fipronil, the active ingredient in all other Frontline products, attacks the nerve cells of fleas. They become disorientated and hyperactive before dying. It is joined by (S)-methoprene, an insect growth regulator that interferes with flea egg production and hatching and inhibits larval development. As a result, no more pupae are produced and the flea life cycle is broken.

Within 24 hours of application, the product migrates over your dog's whole body through a process called translocation. The active ingredients are distributed rapidly through the coat. The sebaceous (oil) glands just beneath the skin act as a reservoir, slowly and continuously releasing the product onto the skin surface, where fleas and ticks make contact with it. With regular monthly treatments, the aim is a flea-free, tick-free and carefree dog.

How to Use

• Apply topically to your dog once a month.
• For the best results, do not bathe or shampoo your dog for 3 days before or for 3 days after application, as this will decrease the duration of activity.
• Once applied, the formula is completely waterproof.

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
