Radion XR30 G6 Pro LED Light Fixture is a programmable reef aquarium LED light that provides high-quality lighting for aquaculture systems and home aquariums, particularly to support coral growth and colouration. The latest Radion generation brings a new LED cluster, the Hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating (HEI2) optical system and diodes that reach deeper into the UV spectrum. It suits reef keepers who want a wide, even spread of light and full wireless control from a smartphone or tablet.

Many of the corals reef keepers know and love have been grown, or "coloured up", under earlier generations of Radion. Each generation has built on the results of the last, combining proven performance with greater ease of use. Wide Spread and Even Coverage

The G6 reaches its 126.3 degree spread through a change to the primary lens on the LEDs. This works with the geometry of the existing HEI secondary lens to lift the spread from 110.5 to 126.3 degrees. The wider spread also bounces light off the aquarium's side glass and back into the tank. This reduces shadows and puts light on the undersides of corals, so you may be able to light a tank with fewer fixtures. The G6 has the highest average output of all Radions and delivers even PAR across almost four feet of coverage, which makes it perhaps the most efficient aquarium light made to date.

Blue vs. Pro

• G6 Blue: The blue has become even bluer. Adjustments to the diode mix and the addition of 395nm give deeper colour intensity and increased fluorescence. You can tune the blue between actinic and crisp to suit the look of your tank.
• G6 Pro: This is the version seen as the lighting of choice in many public aquariums, aquaculture facilities and coral spawning laboratories worldwide. It has a balanced LED mix with proven spectrums similar to the output of Metal Halide lighting.

How to Use

• Mount the fixture at the recommended height of 20–25 cm (8–10") using the supplied eyelet mounts, or the mounting options available for the previous Radion generation.
• Download the Mobius app free from the App Store or Google Play.
• Connect to the light wirelessly from a current-OS iOS or Android smart device. Setup and programming are almost instant, and control is local and wireless.
• Use the app's visual interface to program the colour channels, moonlight and weather simulation, or the CoralLab AB+ spectrum.
