• 100 micron felt: designed for fine polishing of water that is already low in particulate matter, such as a mature aquarium.
• 225 micron felt: ideal for regular day-to-day use. It allows a longer period between cleaning than the 100 micron bags.
• 225 micron thin mesh: well suited to new setups, to the time after heavy maintenance, and to any time there is a lot of particulate matter in the water. It can also hold other mechanical or chemical filter media.

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
