How to Use

• Shake well before use.
• Turn off UV sterilisers and ozone before dosing.
• Allow 2 or 3 days for the bacteria to establish before using UV sterilisers or ozone.
• Before adding bacteria after antibiotic treatment, remove antibiotics with fresh carbon and a water change.

Dosage

• Initial dose: Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 40 L (10 US gallons).
• Maintenance dose: Use 1 capful (5 mL) per 80 L (20 US gallons) when adding livestock or after disruption of the biofilter through cleaning or medications.

Compatibility

• For both fresh and salt water.
• Switch off UV and ozone during establishment, then wait 2 or 3 days before restarting them.
• Use fresh carbon and perform a water change to remove antibiotics before dosing.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
