Do the granules float or sink?
They float. Terrapins can take the granules from the water surface, which also makes it easy to see how much has been eaten.

Why are the granules different colours if there are no dyes?
Sera Raffy P Nature contains no dyes or preservatives. Any colour comes from natural ingredients such as spirulina, paprika, carrots, spinach and Haematococcus algae.

How much protein and calcium does it contain?
It contains 36.2% crude protein, 0.8% calcium and 0.6% phosphorus. It also has 5.1% crude fat, 4.9% crude fibre, 5.6% moisture and 5.5% crude ash.

What vitamins are added?
Vitamin A at 30,000 IU/kg, vitamin D3 at 1,500 IU/kg, vitamin E at 60 mg/kg, vitamin B1 at 30 mg/kg, vitamin B2 at 90 mg/kg and stabilised vitamin C at 550 mg/kg.

• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
