How to Use

Choose the model that matches the flow you need and the height the water must be lifted. Pick carefully, because the flow rate and maximum head height on the specifications are not delivered at the same time.

• The maximum flow figure and the maximum head figure do not mean the pump produces maximum flow at maximum height.
• At its maximum height, a pump produces zero flow.
• Pipe thickness greatly affects head height. The thicker the pipe, the more powerful the pump needs to be to achieve good lift.
• When in doubt, step up to a stronger pump to get the best performance.

Will the pump deliver its maximum flow at its maximum head height?
No. The maximum flow and maximum head figures are separate ratings. At maximum height the pump produces zero flow, so allow some margin when choosing a model.

How does pipe thickness affect performance?
It has a significant effect on head height. The thicker the pipe, the more powerful the pump must be to achieve good lift.

Which model should I choose?
Models range from the WP-200D (25W, 1800L/H, H.Max 1.5 m) to the WP-700D (110W, 5500L/H, H.Max 4 m). Match the flow and lift to your setup. If you are between two models, the manufacturer advises going for the stronger one.

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
