How to Use

• Use the 10-stage power selector on the control panel to set the output level. This lets you run a larger pump at a lower power setting when you need gentler flow.
• Use feeding mode when you need the flow paused. It resumes automatically after either 15 minutes or 60 minutes.
• The motor is completely submersible. The pump is recommended for internal use only, not for external (outside water) operations.

Choosing the Right Model

• The listed flow rate and head height are not an indication of the pump's maximum flow at maximum height. At maximum height, the pumps produce 0 l/h flow.
• Pipe thickness also plays a vital role in head height. The thicker the pipe, the stronger the pump must be to produce good lift.

How do I choose between the different models?
Start with the flow you need and the height the water must be lifted. Models range from 2000 L/H (18W, 3.0 m maximum head) up to 12000 L/H (85W, 6.5 m maximum head). Remember that the listed flow is the maximum figure, and real flow drops as lift increases.

Will the pump deliver its maximum flow at its maximum head height?
No. The maximum flow and maximum head figures are not achieved at the same time. At the maximum height, the pumps produce 0 l/h.

Does pipe thickness affect performance?
Yes. Pipe thickness plays a vital role in head height. The thicker the pipe, the stronger the pump must be to produce good lift, so double-check your plumbing before choosing a model.

Can I use these pumps in a saltwater aquarium?
Yes. They are suitable for both freshwater and seawater aquarium applications, and also for ponds, fountains and sumps.

Can I turn the flow down?
Yes. A 10-stage power selector on the included control panel lets you adjust output. Feeding mode also pauses the pump and auto-resumes after 15 minutes or 60 minutes.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
