DISPOSABLE SYRINGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Structure and Property:

• This product is made of non-toxic plastic polypropylene and polyethylene. It is composed of a plastic rod, piston, barrel, and needle. It is sterilized by ethylene oxide and is sterile, non-toxic, and contains no pyrogens. The regular ranges are 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 60ml etc.

Main Properties:

• Sliding performance, matching of components, residual capacity, metal ions, PH value.
Easily determine oxide residue, ethylene oxide residue, acute systemic toxicity, and hemolysis. Sterile and pyrogen free etc.

Application and Usage:

: This produc is only for use in subcutaneous or Intemuscuia injection and venous

blood test. This product may only be used by qualified medical staff and is prohibited for use by non-medical staff or for any other purposes.

• Open the individual bags. Remove the syringe and remove the needle cap. Pull and push the syringe rod back and forth, tighten the needle, and extract the injection liquid.
Point the needle upwards and slowly push the rod to eliminate any air and complete the subcutaneous or intramuscular injection or blood collection.

Warnings:

• This product is for single use only and must be immediately discarded after use.
• This product is sterilized by ethylene oxide and must be used within its valid period.
• Do NOT use and do discard if the individual package is damaged or open, or if the needle cap falls off.

This product must be stored in a ventilated, dry room where the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.

Dispose of this product in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

Delivery times to lockers and pickup locations typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.*

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
• Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.

Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
