Tetra Pond WaterStabiliser quickly increases carbonate hardness (KH) in pond water to prevent excessive soft water. This effect also stabilises the crucial pH value to prevent potential fish losses through a sudden drop of acidity. The KH level can particularly drop after prolonged spells of rainfall or due to natural decomposition processes. The decomposition of nitrogenous residue such as fish waste, leaves and other organic waste – known as nitrification – releases acids that continuously reduce the carbonate hardness of the pond water. This can quickly put the fish in danger: the lower the KH level, the more the pH value of the water will fluctuate. Tetra Pond WaterStabiliser prevents these problems. Stable KH and pH levels are a fundamental prerequisite for healthy water and the well-being of fish and other ornamental pond inhabitants. At the same time, stable water values are often a prerequisite for the use of other pond care products. Tetra Pond WaterStabiliser keeps KH and pH values stable when using KH reducing products like Tetra Pond AlgoRem to fight algae-growth and medicines like Tetra Pond MediFin. Before using Tetra Pond AlgoRem, you should make sure that the carbonate hardness of the water is at least 6° dH. Tetra Pond WaterStabiliser dissolves quickly and does not cloud the pond water. It is also safe and easy to use and cannot be overdosed. Check your water values regularly with the Tetra Pond Test 7in1. A KH value of 5-10°dH is recommended to stabilise the pH value. Tetra recommends to dispense half a bucket of Tetra Pond WaterStabiliser per 5,000 L of pond water on a monthly basis to increase KH by about 4 °dH. If required re-dose. e.g. after heavy rainfalls or prior to application of biocides, medications or products like Tetra Pond CrystalWater.

Collection timeframes:
- Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
- PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.
- Pargo Pickup Points: Collect within 5 days of arrival at the pickup location.
If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 14 days before being returned.
Please ensure you collect your parcel within the applicable collection period. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping charges may apply should the order need to be resent.
