Aquavitro Plant Activate is a concentrated phosphorus and potassium supplement for planted aquariums. Made by Seachem under the aquavitro range, it is designed for aquarists who want to support healthy, accelerated aquatic plant growth while dosing phosphate accurately.

Phosphorus is one of the three essential plant macronutrients in NPK and plays an important role in ATP, NADP, nucleic acids and membrane phospholipids. Because phosphorus is mobile within plants, deficiency signs commonly show first on older leaves as dark, dull or discoloured foliage.

Dosage

Add 5 mL per 680 L (180 US gallons) twice weekly, or as needed. This dose raises phosphate by 0.15 mg/L and potassium by 0.06 mg/L.

Use the included pipette for precise smaller-volume dosing. When filled to the base of the bulb, the pipette holds 1 mL.

Compatibility

For maximum benefit, use Aquavitro Plant Activate with aquavitro synthesis™ nitrogen supplement. At the same dosage of 5 mL per 680 L, the two products provide nitrogen and phosphorus in a 5:1 N:P ratio.
