What Makes It Different

Nano-Tech Bio Sand joins the high surface area of Nano-Tech Bio-Media with the buffering ability of aragonite sand. It is made by mixing the same material used in Maxspect's Bio-Sphere and Bio-Block with aragonite sand in a 1:4 ratio. The aragonite helps the sand buffer the aquarium's pH, while the bio media gives beneficial bacteria a very large surface to colonise.

How to Use

• Rinse the sand briefly before adding it to the tank for the best results.
• Add the rinsed sand to the aquarium as your aquascaping substrate.

Collection timeframes:

• Bob Box: Collect within 2 days of receiving your collection notification.
• PUDO Lockers: Collect within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN or SMS notification.

If a PUDO parcel is not collected within 36 hours, it will automatically be transferred to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot at no additional cost. The parcel will then be held there for approximately 2 days before being returned.
